Watch out for Dalma Benedek from Hungary! She's superduper cool!:) (comes on at 2.52) So is Natasa Janics actually, tho she's a tad more emotional.. but still very pretty! And Hannah should love her cos she seems to like pink a lot. :D

Project 110 has been going rather smoothly-- I had a good timetrial on Sat and unexpected revelations on how to improve my efficiency :) Thank You! Like I said, this past week or so training has been more about strengthening mental resilience for me.. Been conditioning myself to get use to those make or break moments in a race-- like when all of you are neck-to-neck, do you decide to drop out from the real race? Or do you hold out? Needless to say, only the latter option yields positive results.

..Actually, I believe it's in all of us, the strength and endurance it takes to be the last one standing, the ability to bring glory to God. It's just whether you decide to trust in your Unfailing Back-up that makes the difference :)
